Description

　　As a Hardware Development Engineer, you have the ownership and passion to identify weak spots of design and potential problems. You will need to be proactive, responsive and like to co-work with open collaborative peer environment.

　　You'll make the influence on quality of Ring’s product and secure excellent user experience of products and services. Your expertise in testing and capable to influence better hardware design, main and 2nd source qualification, test plan optimization and execution.

　　Key job responsibilities

　　• EE development from RFQ to MP

　　• Design, create, modify, and execute test plans and tests for hardware validation at both system and user scenario cases.

　　• Inspect raw materials and component level qualification.

　　• Create test environments, analysis results and assistant to debug till the root causing.

　　• Second source qualification, cost down task and manufacturing efficiencies

　　• Support new product introduction and Sustaining engineering

　　Basic Qualifications

　　5+ years of hardware design and validation of components, subsystems and systems experience

　　Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, material science, physics or equivalent

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Knowledge of schematic design and debug skills

　　Experience with hardware/software integration and real-time systems
