Context Main Purpose of Job

The Distributive Development Group (DDG) Hapi Dealer Operations Specialist will be assisting the Hapi Dealer team in terms driving efficiency in the Hapi Dealer Operations.

Key Responsibilities / Focus Areas

Assists in Hapi Dealer programs to drive Omni-coverage and Efficiencies in Hapi Stores

Works with CMU on Hapi Dealer Cabinet Efficiencies (Cab Confirmation, NPC/UPC) and Cabinet Care initiatives

Works with OTD on Hapi Store Promo Implementation and Execution

Works with CD FAS on Hapi Dealer Systems Utilization

Responsible for Hapi Dealer Claims and Hapi Dealer Manpower Incentives processing

Qualifications

Preferably 1-2 year experience in General Trade / Distributor Trade Sales in an FMCG / e-Commerce environment (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

Open for Fresh Graduates but open to Mid-career with experience on business operations management

Willing to be based in Pasig

Must be dynamic and has passion for excellence

Willing to be assigned within Manila area

Must be amenable for a contract based role of 12 months
