The Organization chart indicated key personnel with the authority to take action.This is a representative sample--not to imply a complete listing of all responsibilities and tasks.Prepare Box for Palletizing:Tape or secure lid as requiredSeal or fold liner as required, shake product down, and heat sealChange label as required per palletEnsure product is to specification prior to shippingProduct Rework:Dump box on blend lineDe-palletize palletOpen box and prepare for dumpingObserve product for defectsBlend pallets as directed by Packaging Operator and/or SupervisorDump product per rework proceduresCommunicate in an Effective Manner:Communicate product information to Package Operator/Supervisor at shift changeCommunicate pallet completion to co-workersNotify Packaging Operator and Supervisor when problems occurAlert Supervisor, Operator and/or Mechanics of any packaging or mechanical problemsCoordinate with co-workers to meet process demandsEnsure proper palletization per the specificationIndustrial and Food Safety:Follow proper Lock Out/Tag Out procedures/standards.Follow all Haz-Com and Chemical Safety procedures/standards.Follow all Good Manufacturing Practice procedures and standards.Follow all Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point procedure/standards.Wear required and appropriate Personal Protective Equipment at all times.Identify and address all unsafe conditions and unsafe acts - Report to Supervisor on shiftFollow all other applicable safety rules and regulations.QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
