Summary Within Enterprise Compliance, thisindividual works within a team structure to support the monitoringsystem subject matter expert (SME). Taking direction from the SME, thisindividual will advance basic system features through their life cycleto implementation. The individual performs routine assignments to ensurethe monitoring system is performing as expected. The individual willalso perform a series of baseline analyses pertaining to system healthand regulatory risks. Primary Duties and Responsibilities For theassigned monitoring and surveillance systems, engage in assigned projectwork to provide support to the subject matter expert of the respectivesystem(s); participate in the discussions related to the creation,testing and implementation of system enhancements; provide value byassisting in the completion of miscellaneous intermediate/advancedprojects required to improve the overall effectiveness of the system.Update system documentation, as well as compliance and supervisorymanuals. Additionally, keep supervisory guidance reference materialscurrent. Perform various administrative tasks to support divisionalmonitoring systems. Monitor reporting and dashboards to measure systemeffectiveness. Provide baseline analysis to SME regarding areas ofcompliance risk. Work with all subsidiary Chief Compliance Officers aswell as department management to ensure appropriate controls are inplace to facilitate compliance with the regulations. Participate as aresource on basic/intermediate divisional project teams. QualificationsA Bachelor\'s Degree in business, finance or related field and/orequivalent combination of education and work experience. Two years ofexperience in a professional level position in insurance or financialservices industries preferred. Strong analytical, as well as strongwritten and oral communication skills needed. Ability to work with alllevels of management within the field and home office. Excellent writtenand oral communication skills.
