　　Are you detail-oriented and have a passion for ensuring compliance? Robert Half is seeking a GTL Compliance Analyst candidate for John Deere in Moline, to play a pivotal role in the quality assurance process. As a GTL Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the factory dock audit process for incoming materials to confirm compliance of shipping labels, ASN, and containerization to the John Deere standard.

　　This is a hybrid position with Thursdays onsite.

　　Additional responsibilities include:

　　-Verification of ASN and label data captured by the factory auditor

　　-Contacting non-compliant suppliers to engage them in the resolution process

　　-Track progress metrics and provide weekly progress reports

　　-Will act as the subject matter expert and provide guidance and training to factory auditors and stakeholders

　　This position will require some travel to other Quad City-based facilities in Moline, East Moline and Davenport using personal vehicle.

　　Requirements:

　　-Microsoft Excel required for data entry and tracking

　　-Strong communication skills to call suppliers to troubleshoot and resolve any discrepancies

　　-Identify gaps and work as a liaison to resolve items that are out of compliance
