The primary responsibility of the Evening Property Manager is to assistthe Grove Hotel Manager and Front Office Manager with operationalcoverage for all aspects of the hotel and ensure optimum guestsatisfaction in the key guest-facing areas of the front office, guestservices/valet, hotel restaurant and bar, banquets, and housekeeping.All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental Block 22,LLC\'s policies, practices, and procedures.

Job Description:
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operation andguest expectations are met during the evening shift.Liaise with security teams to advise of any security concerns oradvisements.Liaise with and respond to needs of leased tenant space includingfitness center, condos, and other outlets as needed.Regularly check Valet cars to ensure they are locked & secure.Floor walks with work ticket submissions in HotSOS, and notifyTrillium of tray pick-ups.Respond to emergency situations including fire control panel room,and other emergency procedures, and liaise with appropriateemergency response personnel as needed.Coordinate with department staff for resolution of guest-experienceareas including public space cleanliness, guest room needs,restaurant/bar, and other property facilities.Conducting individual room inspections utilizing a housekeepinginspection checklist and reporting quality assurance results to theDirector of Housekeeping and Rooms Division Manager.Work to remedy and resolve any guest concerns or challenges toensure the satisfaction of hotel guests or outlet patrons duringtheir stay/visit.During guest relocation situations, work to identify and coordinatethe smooth transfer of guests to be walked efficiently andprofessionally.Be able to step into any escalated guest/patron challenge that ispresented to calm the situation or make the call to include theauthorities.Assist and engage with hotel front desk personnel and be availableto step in and assist with regular front office operations.(Check-ins, Waitlist, Flight Crew Arrival, Canary, Phones, etc.)As needed, assist with guest services and valet representatives withregular guest services duties and ensure all are on task andrepresenting our service standards regularly.Supports the staff and performs the duties of a housekeeper whenrequired.Performs additional duties as directed by senior management.Completes Ops Report documenting shift events and alerting overnightand next-day staff of any necessary updates or alerts.Showrooms: Place off-market in the system, set up room for showing,assist with the tour if needed.Attend weekly meetings with Front Office Manager & Front OfficeManagerMust work weekends & holidays.Work hours are 3 PM - 11 PM\
