　　Implements facility maintenance standards , and manages and runs the facilities regarding hard (e.g. technical building maintenance) and soft services (e.g. maintenance, incl. cleaning services), for assigned facility site(s).Ensures implementation of approved methods, procedures and tools, manage budgets and resources as agreed.Ensures the proper management of finances and contracts in all areas of facility management and related services.Defines scope and provision of services, organization, resources, time-frame and implementation.Steers cooperation with external parties like architects, construction engineers, etc..Manages facility investment projects in order to efficiently and effectively maintain the infrastructure and resources.*Your Qualifications*

　　Required:

　　University degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or any related field, orMinimum of three years of work experience and supervising team membersDemonstrates effectiveness at working across or leading across organizational groups and levelsStrong analytical skills-able to identify opportunities for improvement.Assumes ownership of plant operating plan and safety programKnowledge of OSHA/EPA regulations that apply to work related materials.Ability to manage multiple priorities utilizing good problem-solving skills.Preferred:

　　Demonstrates effectiveness at working across or leading across organizational groups and levels.Experience with all phases of welding and electrical (480-240-120 - 3 phase)Advanced knowledge of plumbing and mechanical concepts.Interpret blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures to be implementedExcellent verbal and written communication skills.*Benefits*
