SHRUBS, IRRIGATION WORK, WEEDING OF BEDS, CLEANUPS, SOD LAYING.Temporary full-time employment. 4/1/24-11/20/24. Pay rate is 19.82-21.00per hour & 29.73-31.50/hour overtime when available. May get up to 10hours/week overtime when available. 6am-3pm. Must work weekends &holidays. Bonuses available based on performance at end of contract.Paid bi weekly o Friday\'s. Optional housing including utilities isavailable for \$300.00 per month.
A single workweek will be used to compute wages. All deductions from theworker\'s paycheck required by law will be made. The employer willprovide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment requiredto perform the job. H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the firstworkweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and otherrelated fees, including those mandated by the government (excludingpassport fees). Transportation (including meals and, to the extentnecessary, lodging), to the place of employment will be provided, or itscost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half of theemployment period. Employer agrees to reimburse inbound transportationand subsistence expenses (subsistence is \$15.46per day minimum, withoutreceipts, to a maximum of \$59.00 per day, with receipts) from the placefrom which the worker has come to work for the employer, whether in theUS or abroad, to the place of employment. Return transportation andsubsistence will be provided if the worker completes the employmentperiod or is dismissed early by the employer.
