To accomplish this goal, the responsibilitiesof the porter include, but are not limited to grounds pick up,landscaping, snow removal, record keeping, assisting and acceptingdeliveries, moving appliances, assisting with general repairs and anyother related duties, as directed by the Site Manager, AssistantManager, Regional Property Manager.

　　Hands on skills in the areas of basic cleaning and landscaping. Applicantsshould have knowledge lawnmower use and landscaping tools / equipment. Werequire good communication skills, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. to aminimum of shoulder height, the ability to climb ladders and stairs, walkbetween buildings and on building roofs.
