We are hiring a year-round Groundskeeper to help keep our groundsfunctionally and aesthetically sound. The best candidate for thisposition will be someone who exhibits a positive attitude and isreceptive to instruction. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOTLIMITED TO: - Maintains lawns, landscaping, trees, shrubs, flowers,irrigation, exterior fencing, and driveways - Operates various types oflandscaping/ gardening power equipment and hand tools - Assists withtrimming, cutting, and removing trees and shrubs as needed - Completessnow removal tasks by operating snowplows, and snowblowers to clearroads, driveways, and parking lots COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: -Compensation is commensurate with experience and willingness to learn. -Benefits include employee discounts, weekly milk stipends, healthinsurance, Aflac supplemental insurance, and a matching 401(k)retirement plan (after one year of employment). REQUIREMENTS: -Applicants are required to have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs at atime and must be physically able to operate power equipment. - Althoughnot required, preference will be given to candidates with experience ingrounds maintenance or landscaping.
