　　*POSITION: *Groundskeeper

　　*REPORTS TO: *Property Manager

　　BASIC FUNCTION:The Groundskeeper reports directly to the Property Manager. The Groundskeeper is primarily responsible for maintaining their property to look its very best at all times. They are to complete all workload in a timely manner and with true quality. They are responsible for all trash removal and general cleanliness to the Property Manager's approval.

　　DAILY:

　　Clock in and out (verify time worked daily, notify manager of overtime)

　　Check e-mail (when clocking in and when clocking out)

　　Empty trash cans in office, clubhouse, pool area, common area restrooms

　　Clean windows in office, clubhouse, common areas

　　Walk entire grounds (pick up trash, straighten pool area)

　　Ensure entrances are free of clutter, trash, and swept/mopped

　　Check and run trash compactor several times a day (if applicable)

　　Water flowers (Spring and Summer)

　　Snow removal (as needed)

　　Empty pet waste stations

　　WEEKLY:

　　Maintains inventory of cleaning supplies

　　Stocks common area bathrooms

　　Sweeps entrance steps

　　Walks grounds and picks up trash

　　Pulls weeds (Spring and Summer)

　　Cleans pool.

　　Cleans water fountain

　　BI-WEEKLY:

　　Walks stairwells and cleans as necessary

　　Wipes down handrails

　　Cleans stairwell glass

　　BI-ANNUALLY:

　　Cleaning stairwells

　　Deep cleaning the trash bins
