FUNCTION:

　　Assists customers in their purchases of ice cream purchases; gift shop items; collects for items sold; displays and tags items sold; keeps area clean and organized.  Responsible for assisting customers with selection of redemption gifts.  Will assist in keeping the redemption center, Michael's gift shop and Martha's gift shop displays properly stocked.  Will empty game tokens when assigned.  Will assist in the cleanliness and basic maintenance of the ice cream Shop, redemption games and redemption center.  Ensures guest satisfaction and safety. Efficiently services guests in a safe manner; maintaining a clean work area.  Serves and makes ice cream treats.  Prepares for inspections.  Restocks and maintains proper stock levels.

　　WORK PERFORMED:

　　Assists customers with purchases or inquiries.Performs ice cream shop and redemption duties as assigned on shift checklists and cleaning sheets.Maintains a clean and organized area conclusive to promoting sales of items.Secures all inventory items and cash.Performs the duties of Emilie's EIS attendant,  Redemption Center Attendant and Michaels gift shop clerk as described in the job description.Attends monthly departmental meetings.Attends corporate goal meetings.Always treats guest and employee safety as the Highest Priority.Maintains a clean and sanitary dining area at all times and follows all of the requirements for personal cleanliness.Provides exceptional service to the guests on a daily basis. This is done by having a desire to make others happy, having a positive attitude, being the best you can at this job, and anticipating the guests' needs and expectations.Assists with making sure ice cream shop, gift shop and redemption items for sale are properly tagged.Works in a safe manner & reports unsafe conditions to those responsible for that particular area when necessary.Performs other duties as assigned or directed.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

　　Neat appearance, friendly disposition.

　　Basic arithmetic skills.

　　Ability to stand, walk at all times, and lift moderate weights continually.-50 lbs max

　　Ability to talk to guests to promote Ice Cream and Gift Shop items for sale.

　　Able to handle multiple tasks at a quick pace during peak periods.
