　　Arborgreen Tree Service, Inc. (Evanston, IL) has 10 F/T Temp. GroundsLaborer positions: (04/01/2024-12/01/2024). 40 hours/week, 8:00AM4:00PM, Monday Friday. \$18.93/hour paid weekly on Friday. A singleworkweek will be used to compute wages due. All deductions form theworker\'s paycheck required by law will be made. H-2B application to beconcurrently-filed with USDOL. General landscaping and tree caremaintenance at ground level. Use hand and/or power tools or equipment,such as chainsaws, skid steers, stump grinders and chippers to perform awide range of tree care and maintenance services, including pruning,trimming, raking, stump grinding, clearing and chipping tree debris anddisposing of tree debris. Ensure that work area beneath and around thetrees is clear and property marked to ensure safety of public. Performgeneral landscaping and groundskeeping and landscape maintenance work,including installation of trees and plants, landscape renovations.Process firewood, including cutting an splitting. Ability to lift up to50lbs and bend, stoop and twist continuously throughout the day. Noeducation required. No experience required. No training required. . Alltools/supplies req\'d,provided at no cost. Daily transportation to/fromworksite will be provided to the workers at no charge (e.g. designateddaily pick-up place). Worksite at: 1422 Dodge Ave., Evanston, IL60201and worksite locations in Cook an Lake Counties. Employer willassist workers with securing housing, but employer will not providehousing. If the worker completes 50% of the employment contract period,employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistencefrom the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion ofthe work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employerwill provide or pay worker\'s reasonable costs of return transportationand subsistence back home or to the place, the worker originallydeparted to work, except where the worker will not return due tosubsequent employment with another employer. The amount oftransportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the mosteconomical, reasonable and common carrier for the distances involved.Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of \$15.46 per day duringtravel to a maximum of \$59.00 per day with receipts. H-2B workers willbe reimbursed in the first workweek forall visa, processing and bordercrossing fees, and other related fees, including those mandated by thegovernment (excluding passport fees). For certified periods of emp. 120days or more, employer guarantees work equal to 3/4 of workdays in each12-week period of total employment period.
