The Product Security team at Stryker is seeking a Staff GRC Tools Administrator to manage our documentation and compliance tools, with a primary focus on Loopio administration for security questionnaires and medical device submissions (510k), while also supporting our risk management processes through OneTrust. This role combines technical expertise with strong relationship-building skills to maintain accurate, current documentation and support cross-functional teams. The position has growth potential to expand into data custodianship for our data lakehouse management initiatives.

What You Will Do

Serve as primary administrator for Loopio and OneTrust platforms maintaining and organizing content library for product assets, security questionnaires and 510k submissions.

Ensure content remains current, accurate, and readily accessible.

Develop and implement processes for regular content reviews and updates.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate asset information.

Generate reports and analytics to support risk management initiatives.

Build and maintain strong relationships across departments, train and support users globally.

Conduct regular outreach with stakeholders.

Facilitate communication between technical teams and documentation needs.

Provide regular updates to leadership on documentation and risk management status.

Create regular metrics reports from tools to trend and analyze risk over time.

What You Need

Required Qualifications

6+ years of relatable work experience and a relatable Bachelor's degree.

Proven experience administrating Loopio, including content management and user training.

Experience with OneTrust administration.

Strong technical documentation skills, particularly in security and compliance contexts.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with 510k submission processes.

Understanding of medical device regulatory frameworks (IEC 81001-5-1, EU-MDR, FDA requirements).

Background in GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance).

Experience with asset management systems.

$100,500 - $215,300 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
