  SUMMARY

  This position is for an individual with Graphic/Design qualifications. The position will be part of a team supporting a Pierce Manufacturing customer base located in the Fox Valley Area in Wisconsin.

  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  Work directly with customers to understand concepts and provide guidance on graphic designs. Works with customers and addresses requests and change orders. Check, review, and maintain schedules. Assist with projects within Graphics department. Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.

  MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  Student pursuing an Associates or Bachelors degree in Graphics Design.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  GPA of 3.0 or greater.

  Ability to work 20+ hours per week during the school year and full-time during summer & breaks.

  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.

  Knowledge in graphics software design

  Graphics or Artist training is preferred.

  Strong customer service skills

  Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

  Highly organized and can multi-task

  Ability to prioritize workload.

  Work with several administrative aspects of the graphics production process

  Ability to work under minimal supervision.
