　　Overview:

　　We are looking for a detail-oriented, enthusiastic graphic designer with video experience who understands e-commerce and possesses a proven ability to create engaging ads across multiple channels, including social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of design experience. The successful candidate will have a portfolio that demonstrates strong sense of branding, aesthetic proficiency, problem solving skills, unique concepts, outstanding typography and the creation of compelling ad campaigns. Creativity and a passion to present unique ideas are highly appreciated. Must possess advanced digital production/retouching skills to succeed in a deadline sensitive environment.

　　What you’ll do:

　　Deliver quality designs, on schedule and within budget parameters, from concept to production level. Effectively prioritize, manage, and accomplish multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

　　Concept and execute within brand standards, applying to email, social content, ads, landing pages, etc.

　　Quickly gain an understanding of the brand and audience to execute conceptual and strategic design work.

　　Create high-quality digital ads, emails, and social content.

　　Work closely with Art Director, copywriters, marketing and developers to ensure optimal outcome for final materials.

　　Collaborate on implementation of email marketing A/B tests to increase sales performance and improve customer experience.

　　Proactively seek necessary information on project requirements to ensure clarity and alignment on timelines, deliverables and assets

　　Assist the Creative Director and Art Director with the planning and implementation of projects.

　　Demonstrates knowledge of industry standards and actualization of design

　　Great eye for design, detail and color and composition

　　Design experience in placing art on blanks and product manipulation

　　Collaborative team player who thrives in a creative and innovative environment and takes direction well

　　Interact effectively through graphic, verbal, and written communication

　　Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

　　Detail oriented and thorough in double checking production of assets

　　Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

　　Creates digital assets in Photoshop and Illustrator using existing templates, fonts, and photography

　　Works with other teams, ie. Marketing, merchandising, copy, photo edit to produce assets for the creative team

　　Requirements

　　Bachelor's degree in art, communications, or related field.

　　A minimum of 3-5 years of design experience.

　　Excellent typography skills, a great eye for color, layout and details.

　　A thorough understanding of branding.

　　A strong portfolio demonstrating your process and execution of good design.

　　Expert skills in Adobe CC: Photoshop, Illustrator.

　　Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

　　Illustration and sketching skills are a plus.

　　UI/UX experience a plus.

　　An ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines with high-quality work.

　　Must be a self-motivator, possessing the ability to work effectively with little supervision.

　　Understanding of sizing, resolution and compressing of art files for both web and print

　　Graphic artist with experience in creating vector art for placed art on apparel, hats, mugs, and other homewares

　　Photoshop color adjustment, sizing, slicing and animation

　　Web Design: Designs assets for PDP pages, Display banners, Promotional Pages, using photoshop

　　Emails: design, slicing, uploading using [Photoshop]. Animation in emails using [AfterEffects].

　　Photo editing: placing artwork on blank product photography, changing personalization, swatches for site [Photoshop]

　　Social: concepts, taking photography, heavy photo editing using [Photoshop]

　　Print: a few direct mailers using [InDesign]

　　Design skills in web, motion, interactive

　　Work is performed in an office environment with low to moderate noise levels.

　　This is a hybrid position, employees are expected to be in the office three days per week with the option of working remotely two days.
