  The role we are offering you:

  The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in Global Mobility, encompassing immigration, relocation, and a strong grasp of tax aspects. Priorities can often change in an environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not

  limited to, the following responsibilities. Are you ready to:

  Day-to-Day:

  Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders (foreign nationals, HR,

  Legal, and managers) for queries related to the Global Mobility program and its processes.

  Offer expertise in best practices, program design, and compliance concerning. Business Travellers, international and domestic assignments, including permanent relocations.

  Investigate and resolve complex mobility issues involving labor, income tax, and immigration legislations.

  Contribute innovative ideas for enhancing the global mobility program while maintaining a positive and enjoyable work environment.

  Immigration:

  Assess potential candidate sponsorship needs for HR Business Partners and Talent Professionals.

  Oversee new hire immigration cases, managing expectations throughout the process in collaboration with external immigration partners.

  Ensure ongoing work authorization for current employees, covering amendments, extensions, business travel, and permanent residency.

  Coordinate and communicate timelines among involved parties, including employees, managers, Global HR Business Partners, and the Global Mobility team.

  Develop and manage internal processes for permanent residency requirements, adhering to country-specific immigration compliance and documentation.

  Collaboration and Data Management:

  Collaborate with various internal departments to streamline cross-functional processes related to immigration, including HR Operations, HR Business Partners, Recruiting, Payroll, Legal, Corporate Tax, Finance, and Accounting.

  Maintain accurate immigration data in Workday and other systems, ensuring compliance and aiding in audits when necessary.

  Provide guidance to HR Business Partners, Talent Professionals, and candidates regarding country-specific entry requirements in line with immigration regulations.

  Maintain the Global Mobility intranet site with process workflows, policy guidelines, and essential resources.

  Talent Management and Relocation:

  Assess relocation benefits and requirements in partnership with HR Business Partners and Talent Professionals.

  Foster strong relationships with relocation partners and sub-vendors.

  Guide employees through transfer package presentations and address their relocation-related inquiries.

  Manage and optimize relationships with relocation providers within the department for effective service delivery and employee support during relocations.

  Oversee tax season activities, offer guidance on international payroll, and maintainan updated Business Traveller policy.

  Our ideal candidate has:

  Bilingual proficiency in English and French is mandatory.

  6-8 years of experience in a similar role demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Global Mobility.

  Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment autonomously.

  Collaborative approach aligning with Global HRBPs across APAC and EMEA regions.

  Proficiency in managing multiple tasks efficiently.

  Familiarity with tax, immigration, payroll, benefits, and their implications in cross[1]border movement.

  Experience in managing external partners and vendors.

  Strong customer service orientation with acute attention to detail.

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in conveying complex messages concisely.

  Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.

  Familiarity with Workday and MS Office.
