Summary
The graphic designer is responsible for supporting the company mission, vision, values, and financial goals by creating outstanding visual design elements. This role’s primary duty is to deliver high-quality print and digital art assets for both internal and external audiences.
Duties and Responsibilities
Leverage industry-standard design principles and software to create designs, concepts, and layouts for both print and digital applications.
Design within, maintain, and monitor corporate brand guidelines for all deliverables.
Execute the visual articulation (style and tone) of brand strategy, initiatives, objectives, and goals through best-in-class design solutions.
Produce all guest-facing graphic design assets including, but not limited to:
Brand identity (e.g. logo, font, specs, colors, style guide)
Point of purchase (POP) and sales collateral
Print advertisements
Digital/social media organic content and advertisements
Web graphics and animations
Sales materials (franchising, professional truck driver fleets, restaurant)
Presentations (e.g. PowerPoint)
Email/SMS/MMS
Partner with the internal marketing team to facilitate production and trafficking, taking projects through the creative process, editing stages, arranging of printing and pre-flight, and delivery of final assets.
Operate and maintain a Macintosh system and other company hardware.
Aid in photo retouching, video editing, outlining and illustrations. Photography experience is a plus.
Maintain the corporate marketing archive and photography library.
Represent the Creative Services Team in cross-functional meetings.
Participate and contribute input into recurring departmental staff meetings, including ownership of design update documents and presentations to leadership teams.
Meet required deadlines.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
3+ years experience as a design professional. Prior experience in an agency environment a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent work experience preferred.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud software–specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Animate preferred.
Experience with motion design and animation preferred.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Mastery of typography and color theory, and fluent in standardized color platforms – PMS, CMYK, RGB, HEX, etc.
Excellent written/verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

Conditions / Physical Requirements
In this role, the employee is
continuously sitting and typing, frequently talking and using eye and hand
