Grant and Fund Accounting Senior Consultant

　　Position Summary

　　We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Grant and Fund Accounting Senior Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of grant and fund accounting principles, extensive experience in financial management, and a proven track record of successful consulting engagements. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can navigate complex financial landscapes, provide strategic guidance, and deliver tailored solutions to clients in the nonprofit sector.

　　Essential Duties

　　Financial Analysis and Reporting:

　　• Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to assess grant and fund utilization.

　　• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

　　• Provide insights into financial performance, identifying trends and potential areas for improvement.

　　Grant Compliance:

　　• Ensure adherence to grant regulations and compliance requirements.

　　• Perform regular audits to verify compliance with funding source guidelines.

　　• Advise on strategies to mitigate risks and maintain compliance with grant terms.

　　Strategic Financial Planning:

　　• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective financial strategies.

　　• Provide expert advice on budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.

　　• Offer recommendations to optimize financial sustainability and grant portfolio management.

　　Client Consultation:

　　• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, addressing their grant and fund accounting needs.

　　• Conduct client workshops and training sessions on financial best practices.

　　• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service delivery.

　　Technology Integration:

　　• Assist clients in implementing and optimizing SAP Grant Management (GM) and Fund Management (FM) modules.

　　• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies in grant and fund accounting.

　　Position Requirements

　　• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or relevant certification is preferred.

　　• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in grant and fund accounting, preferably in a consulting capacity.

　　• Experience with SAP Grants Management (GM) and Funds Management (FM) modules highly desired.

　　• In-depth knowledge of nonprofit financial management, including GAAP and fund accounting principles.

　　• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

　　• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.

　　• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.

　　Salary range $80-120 W2. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
