The Role

　　Successful candidates will be assigned to teams within Natural Resources division within the Corporate Risk and Broking Business that offers on-the-job training opportunities whilst gathering valuable work experience. Through their work they will have exposure to cross-function / Line of business, skills-based learning contents.

　　Key Responsibilities of the work include:

　　Be exposed to a wide range of learning opportunities focused on client and business solutions across the Natural Resources sector covering the Energy, Mining, Power & Renewables industry.

　　Collaborate with WTW network offices to drive development of new business in the region, helping to build new business pipelines with our regional offices.

　　Develop and communicate an understanding of client businesses in the region by conducting research by specific industry.

　　Develop relationship with insurers in Natural Resources sector, and understand their risk appetite.

　　Learn about the wider WTW offering and seek opportunities to cross sell across other Lines of Business, to support initiatives in tandem with WTW’s growth plans

　　Support new business RFPs and tenders by tracking market responses, and feeding back to network offices.

　　All duties and work activities shall be undertaken in accordance with WTW Corporate Policies and Compliance Framework.

　　Develop strong execution ability to manage time sensitive issues

　　Demonstrate ability to apply judgement, initiative and lateral thought to problem solving

　　Work with and support the team by managing day-to-day aspects on account management tasks, including slip drafting, closings, billing transactional work, in-house system, generating and coordinating calendars and timelines, liaising with various WTW offices and external clients, both new business and renewals.

　　Fresh graduates from recognized universities aspired to build a career in the insurance & risk management industry

　　Required to complete SCI certificates (BCP, ComGI, PGI) within the stipulated timeline as per graduate programme.

　　Committed to work towards obtaining Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) qualification

　　Highly motivated with good interpersonal skills

　　An impressive track record demonstrating strong leadership skills in school

　　Good time management skills

　　Independent and self-motivated individual who consistently strive to deliver the best for WTW’s clients.
