　　What are we looking for?

　　Corporate Risk and Broking (CRB) is one of our core global businesses dealing with small businesses to multinational corporations.

　　What does CRB do? – We help our clients better understand, assess and mitigate their risks so they can continue to operate their business when something goes wrong, e.g. in a pandemic, a war or a hurricane.

　　The Role:

　　Risk Analyst in the Marine Division, working with the team across all classes of marine to support existing clients, win more business and grow WTW.

　　Develop strong Sales and Deal Execution ability, to manage time sensitive issues and gain an ability to apply judgement, initiative and lateral thought to problem solving

　　Learn how to develop relationships across a multi directional business

　　Learn about client and business solutions, drive development of new business in the region

　　You need to be a fresh graduates with a good degree, preferably in maritime studies

　　Enthusiastic and wanting a genuine career - not something that you just turn up for!

　　You will need to study on the job and get the SCI certificates within a stipulated timeline.

　　Have a committed “can do” attitude

　　Be highly motivated with good interpersonal skills

　　It would be impressive to have a track record of leadership skills in school / university.
