Join Our Golf Outside Services Team for the 2023 Fall Season!

　　Position Overview:

　　The Golf Department at Capital City Club Brookhaven is on the lookout for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Golf Outside Services Staff for the upcoming 2023 fall season. We offer a flexible work schedule, making it ideal for part-time and/or full-time applicants. To be eligible, candidates must be at least 16 years of age and possess a valid driver's license. We are particularly interested in individuals who can commit primarily to weekday shifts during the fall and winter seasons.

　　Start Date: Late August 2023 - September 2023

　　Job Description:

　　Capital City Club is seeking an individual who is not only motivated but also dedicated to providing exceptional customer service in the Outside Service position at Brookhaven. The selected candidate will work closely with our Outside Services Leader to ensure the highest level of service to our Capital City membership and their esteemed guests. This role entails day-to-day outside operations under the supervision of the Outside Services Leader.

　　Primary Responsibilities:

　　Bag Drop Attendant:

　　Provide exceptional customer service when members and guests arrive or depart from the club.

　　Assist members and guests with their golf bags and/or luggage.

　　Maintain communication with other Outside Service team members regarding member and guest arrivals.

　　Monitor the tee sheet and range usage throughout the day.

　　Effectively communicate with members and guests about important or special circumstances related to the golf facilities.

　　Must be willing to work weekends and holidays as needed, for both morning and afternoon shifts.

　　Must be able to engage openly with members and guests.

　　Range Attendant:

　　Set up and close both ranges daily.

　　Ensure that ball levels on both ranges remain sufficient to meet the demand of our active range usage among our membership.

　　Maintain the overall presentation of the range throughout the day.

　　Display strong time-management skills when it comes to picking the range.

　　Cart Attendant:

　　Ensure cart cleanliness and attention to detail when pulling/parking carts.

　　Keep cart staging levels fully stocked in the starter area and bag drop.

　　Assist the starter by pulling bags from the bag room and cleaning clubs.

　　Ensure that golf carts are charged and ready for the next day.

　　Starter:

　　Deliver exceptional customer service to our members and guests.

　　Check in tee times and update them throughout the day.

　　Act as an effective communicator between the starter and golf shop throughout the day.

　　Assist members and guests with their golf bags upon arrival.

　　Engage with members and guests in a friendly and interactive manner.

　　Compensation:

　　Part-time and full-time positions starting at $14 per hour.Additional Benefits:
