　　Oak Crest is a beautiful 87 acre continuing care retirement community located in Parkville, MD. Oak Crest is the 2nd largest continuing care community in the United States. 　　We are hiring personnel who are certified as both a GNA (Geriatric Nursing Assistant) and a CMT (Certified Med Tech). Our Care Associates support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our residents needs.

　　Compensation: commensurate for experience between $17.00 - $21.25 hourly, alongside applicable shift differential earnings.

　　Shift differentials include:

　　$1.00 hourly for evening shift (3:00pm - 11:30pm)

　　$1.00 hourly for night shift (11:00pm - 7:30am)

　　$4.00 hourly on weekends (all shifts)

　　Help people live better lives by:

　　Supporting the residents physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs

　　Assisting residents in activities of daily living

　　Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging

　　Providing assistance with resident activities and programs

　　Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter

　　Administration of medication to residents

　　What you will need:

　　Current GNA certification for Maryland

　　Current CM-T certification for Maryland

　　1-2 years of CNA/GNA experience preferred

　　1-2 years of Medication Administration experience preferred

　　High School diploma or GED required
