Global Trade Marketing Intern

This is an exciting opportunity to learn and work in a fast-paced environment where you will build business relationships and develop key skills needed in the corporate world. You will work under the leaders of our team, while contributing to the development of business needs for "Brands that Inspire".

　　Unique opportunity to work on a founder led brand with a leader of the beauty industry.

　　The Intern will work with the Global Trade Marketing Director and be mentored in their designated departments.

　　The intern will work on an assigned project while assisting with everyday business needs. Role would be within Trade Marketing group centered on business intelligence, commercial analytics and product development.

　　The Intern is a well-rounded student with good academic standing. They must be creative, organized, and ready to learn and work with a team

　　 In this role you will be responsible for:

　　Competitive intelligence: Research/monitor our competitor execution strategy across cosmetics, fragrance and skin care- case studies Analysis of sales trends and reports (base, innovation, and promo) Partner with multifunctional teams on optimized product mix (global marketing, global merchandising) Support collateral/promotional development (GWPs, sets) Partnering with 3rd party 1RK on Projects and POS capabilities

　　We'd love to see candidates who have:

　　 Essential:

　　Students who are in their junior year and working toward a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university Must be able to work 40 hours per week during the summer of 2024 Exceptional organizational skills and great attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Business background with strong analytical and technical skills

　　 Desirable:

　　Degree concentration in areas relating to Business /Marketing/Sales analysis Team oriented with strong interpersonal skills and collaborative approach A natural aptitude for problem solving and critical thinking A curious mind open to knowledge and instruction Passion for Beauty Industry
