The Global Social Media Manager is responsible for developing the social media strategy for Lingo across all social media platforms to drive brand awareness, education, cultural relevance and growth.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop global social media strategy
Build the Lingo Influencer Program. Partner with PA to vet all influencers. Engage with and manage relationships with Lingo ambassadors.
Partner with all markets to develop global and locally relevant content calendars
Analyze campaign performance metrics and leverage data to guide decisions that increase engagement and deepen our connection with followers.
Partner with the in-house content team to create engaging, educational and platform appropriate content
Keep abreast of new social media trends and tools. Leverage them to build and grow the Lingo brand.
Create campaigns to build the brand’s cultural relevance giving Lingo a role within the conversation
Oversee the management of all social media accounts and social posting and analytic tools
Ensure compliance across regions
Manage the social media budget
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a social media manager or similar role, preferably with a minimum of 5 years in the field. Experience within a regulated industry preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communicaton, interpersonal and presentation skills; the ability to lead a cross-functional team and communicate with multiple levels of the organization
Attention to detail and an eye for quality
Immersed in global news, cultural trends and conversations
Familiarity with the latest marketing trends and best practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The base pay for this position is $125,700.00 – $251,500.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
