ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations and activities of assigned revenue cycle team. Responsibilities include executing operational decisions made to support department and team goals, personnel recruitment, staff coaching and development, monitoring service quality standards, escalating issues, implementing improvement and innovation initiatives and maintaining an effective daily management system. Ensures operations are compliant and meet specified production requirements.
