　　InterContinental Dubai Marina is a Five Star luxury hotel in the heart of Dubai Marina with 328 rooms and residence suites, flexible event space and restaurants & bars. With over 30 languages and countries represented by the staff, the hotel weaves together an international five star presence.

　　In this position, you will be responsible to:

　　Support the Food & Beverages Culinary preparation team and your duties will range from the setting up of the food, & equipment to assisting with the preparation of mise en place.

　　You will ensure the food pick up is done on time and follow HACCP standards always.

　　The incumbent will provide support to the Demi Chef De Parties and Chef De Parties in the operation.

　　Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following qualifications and experience we're looking for:

　　Minimum one year in a similar role in a five star property

　　Ability to work independently and within a team environment

　　Excellent communication skills in English
