　　Position Summary

　　As a Global Intranet & Insights Manager , you will be responsible for leading our global intranet strategy – a central and strategic tool to support the business. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs, goals and challenges, and to ensure that our internal communication channels are effective, engaging and data-driven. This role will require an understanding of measurement, optimizing the user journeys and how to identify gaps so that our global intranet stays best in class and serves our global employees as well as possible.

　　A Day in the Life of a Global Intranet & Insights Manager

　　Drive global intranet strategy aligned with company objectives and internal communication goals.

　　Implement continuous improvement projects, leveraging data and insights to inform decision-making.

　　Lead the global governance of the intranet and chair the intranet governance committee

　　Provide support and direction to content owners and teams to ensure a consistent user experience.

　　Work with our internal UX team to evolve the intranet design and experience

　　Drive data and measurement strategy and reporting tools for internal communications

　　Stay up to date with changes in digital best practices, ensuring our intranet is current and robust.

　　Work closely with IT, IBS and HR to drive continuous improvement.

　　Develop mechanisms for continuous feedback.

　　Provide regular reports on user engagement, feedback, and areas for improvement.

　　Foster relationships with key internal stakeholders across departments and regions.

　　What will make you successful

　　5+ year experience in Internal Communications, Digital Communications or Product Management.

　　Detailed knowledge of digital platforms, particularly intranets, enterprise search, and internal communication tools.

　　Understanding of UX processes, user research, design thinking and content management.

　　Proven experience with data analytics and reporting tools.

　　Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.

　　A passion for data, technology and innovation.

　　Exceptional project management skills, organized, attention to detail, supportive, reliable and team player.
