Description We are offering a contract for a meticulous Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in the industry located in San Jose, California. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be instrumental in managing and maintaining our accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in your work.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications as part of our Accounts Receivable process

• Handle customer service calls with professionalism and courtesy

• Ensure accurate and efficient posting of payments

• Maintain a high level of precision in a role that demands high-volume data entry

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions

• Generate daily invoices diligently and accurately

• Collaborate with the team and be flexible in task assignments

• Utilize software such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various tasks

• Manage tasks like Account Reconciliation, Cash Applications, Cash Collections, and Commercial Collections

• Maintain precise customer credit records. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential

• Must demonstrate knowledge and ability in Billing procedures

• Familiarity with Cash Applications is necessary

• Experience in Cash Collections is a must

• Commercial Collections skills are highly desirable

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is needed

• Knowledge of Oracle software is a requirement

• QuickBooks experience is highly desirable

• Familiarity with SAP software is necessary
