Your Responsibilities:

　　Responsible as the process owner and management of the free trade agreement process which includes, but is not limited to, solicitation, document review, supplier follow up, requests for customer FTA qualification, verification of, and providing customer FTA information in format required by customer.Execute FTA solicitation and qualification for regions like: Americas, Europe, Asia & Middle east.Ensure all necessary documentation to support the certifications of origin issuance and refund projects is retained according to the Record Keeping internal process to guarantee full compliance.Ability to explain the application of rules of origin according to what is stated in the FTAs to internal stakeholders to provide full detail on why an item qualifies or does not qualify for the evaluated agreement.Carry out qualification projects by achieving delivery due dates and enhance open and clear communication on the status of each assigned task with the GTM leadership and businesses.Communicate on time the monthly results and KPI's to minimize the risks related with the application of treaties.Keep informed about business projects and import-export operation changes to identify potential risks that could affect the certification of origin process and communicate them accordingly to the GTM leadership to evaluate and minimize it.Facilitate post entry adjustments as necessary (refunds and corrections)Provide technical and operational support to Internal stakeholders include, but are not limited to, Purchasing, Finance, Legal, Sales, R & D, Program Managers and EngineeringDrive the implementation of the automated Preferential Origin Calculation functionality of SAP GTS to ensure the automated, standardized and holistic capture of FTA and other benefits.Act as the Hitachi Energy global Point of Contact for the One Hitachi FTA initiative.Living Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

　　Your Background:

　　5+ Years of experience in FTA Qualification AnalysisUnderstanding on rules of origin interpretation & application (Tariff shift & RV), as well as domain on the qualification methods like De MinimisKnowledge of global Import Regulations.Working knowledge of SAP - GTS (especially the preferential origin functionality)Working knowledge of Global Trade ComplianceAbility to communicate with engineers and relevant business stakeholders.Ability to understand technical data related to our products.Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
