　　Due to our continued growth, we are now hiring a Global Client Manager for our Corporate Global Management Team in Wollerau, Switzerland.

　　Job Description:

　　In this role, you report directly to the Travel Retail Worldwide VP Global Client Management. You will be assisting the VP Global Client Management in the management of one of the client cluster to meet sales and profitability objectives.

　　Your main responsibilities include:

　　Achieve sell-in targets with retailer(s) across all TR regions & brands Monitor and manage retailer's inventory stock level and orders to ensure accurate sell-in and sell-out Lead newness presentation process (coordinate with the NY Marketing Teams) Lead the newness listing process (work with the D2R, Commercial and pricing Teams to ensure newness is listed on time). Consolidate newness by each region & ensure delisting strategies for important SKUs are aligned Maintain strong collaboration & communication both internally and with your retailer(s). Work closely with the Customer Service Team to monitor sales & play a key role in upcoming projects to be initiated with the retailer Work closely with the Commercial Teams to have a WW overview of the commercial offers for the upcoming year Consolidate/Track & update Trade Marketing calendars of Global accounts with strong collaboration with Lead RBDs and NY Brand teams Monthly reports and data analysis. Update, improve, and automatize the account dashboard to include. Shop trends (in total and by categories) and ELC market share Support the Global Client Management Team on all big forums (Top to Top, Trade Marketing Meeting, Annual negotiation)

　　Qualifications

　　We are looking for someone who brings:

　　A completed Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain or related discipline. A Master's degree could be an advantage ca. 8 years of experience in a similar role in international matrix organizations Previous Consulting background or Retail experience could be an advantage Strong team player with outstanding attention to detail, able to work in dynamic environments with strong communication and project management skills Excellent analytical foundation and used to working in the imperfect data environment, solution-oriented and strong relationship builder across different levels of the organization Strong verbal/written English communication ability Advanced working knowledge of Excel (Pivots, Power Query, basic VBA). SAP, BI Analysis, and data management a plus International Travel Requirement
