We are looking for a Global Category Manager (f/m/d) Indirect Procurement to join our team at Innomotics.

Your future role.

You will be in charge of the entire Category Services Goods (incl. Office Factory Supplies, Advisory Services, Temporary Labor) and

manage the global spend together with an international team.

You will define a tailored and business specific Procurement Strategy for that Category.

You will be responsible for the global guidelines to ensure comparable requirements throughout the global organization and lean processes.

You will analyze and structure the Purchase Volumes and continuously seek opportunities for cost reductions, process efficiency

improvements or end user enhancements.

You strive for best in class transparency regarding KPIs and persistently work towards achievement of the given targets.

You will closely cooperate with other functions within and outside of Procurement to reach the best results for the business and to reach the

overall business targets.

You will achieve a competitive edge by improving Digitalization, Cost, CO2 footprint End user experience.

You will monitor the spending behavior and apply smart effective methods to optimize it.

Your profile.

You completed a university degree in a relevant field (e.g. Economics, (industrial) Engineering).

You gained long-term working experience in Procurement that is proven to be relevant for the position.

You can demonstrate a successful track record in defining and implementing improvement measures.

You already gained intercultural experiences.

You are a team player and like to coordinate diverse teams.

You are good at listening, analyzing, presenting and persuading and are a target oriented person.

You enjoy negotiations and to achieve challenging targets.

You are fluent in English in German.
