  Here’s the Gist:

  The Industrial Global Account Manager (GAM) will be responsible for design in and revenue success at 3-4 top worldwide industrial accounts. The GAM will create and drive account plans in conjunction with key BU and Sales stakeholders. The GAM will be well aligned with the target customers decision makers and management teams and be able to work strategically to position Wolfspeed as a trusted partner. The GAM will work with local sales teams to execute the account level plans and achieve local objectives while directly influencing success at the various HQ locations. The GAM will understand key account needs and long term technical roadmaps and work to align Wolfspeed stakeholders to meet these needs. The GAM will understand the global account decision making processes and align internal stakeholders to this understanding. Finally the GAM will provide WW coordination of sales campaigns in order to win more and more efficiently. This role is a worldwide role and will require extensive travel.

  The Day-to-Day

  Create global account level strategy for account success across all locationsAlign strategy with BU, SLT, stakeholdersCommunicate strategy and progressDrive strategy execution across WW sales team and stakeholdersAlign with global account C level executives in order to execute on Wolfspeed account strategic initiatives (ie corridor, investments, LTSA etc)Understand account technical and business roadmaps/needs/issuesProvide WW coordination of sales campaigns in order to win more and more efficientlyUnderstand the global account decision making processes and align stakeholders to this understandingAlign with WW FAEMs to gain a WW CTO view of the account technical needs

  This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements):

  An engineering Bachelor’s degree10+ years of experience in technical sales Ability to travel frequently to customer sitesStrong motivation and ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and business environments
