　　The Resort at Paws Up is seeking Glamping Activities Attendant to add to our team. The role of the Glamping Activities Attendant is to oversee the Glamping Recreation Center and maintain the equipment. This includes but is not limited to a fleet of electric fat tire bikes and all fishing equipment used by the Glamping guests. Candidates must be able to service bicycles and fishing equipment.

　　This position starts at $18 an hour and goes up from there depending on experience.

　　*Applicants with availability April/May-September/October will be given priority. *

　　Primary Functions and Responsibilities

　　Ensure cleanliness of Glamping rec center and Glamping activities equipment.

　　Assist guests with Glamping activity inquiries

　　Maintenance of all gear and equipment associated with the Glamping Rec center.

　　Oversight of the Glamping rec center check in and check out process.

　　Inventory of all equipment

　　Recommend seasonal fly patterns and general fishing advise

　　Repair and maintain both fly fishing and spool reel fishing rods

　　Repair and maintain fleet of Fat tire e-bikes

　　Submit requisitions for repair parts and general supplies

　　Supportive Functions and Responsibilities

　　Remains flexible with open availability to cover business needs of the Resort.

　　Takes personal ownership of all guest feedback and requests.

　　Anticipates all guest needs and resolves any potential issues.

　　Maintains thorough knowledge of accommodations, special events, activities, package plans, and Resort facilities.

　　Expert knowledge of Maestro PMS, the Paws Up app, Microsoft Teams and all other Resort programs systems.

　　Completes other tasks as needed around the Resort.

　　Educational, Experience, Licensure Required

　　High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related course work

　　Basic kitchen safety and cleaning knowledge

　　Ability to operate dishwashing machine

　　Knowledge of Luxury hospitality and service

　　Valid Alcohol Serve Safe License
