The Gift Card Specialist provides guest and team support across all Inspire Brands: Dunkin’, Buffalo Wild Wings, Arby’s, Sonic, Jimmy John’s, and Baskin-Robbins. The Specialist is responsible for resolving gift card related inquiries and issues that often require critical thinking and problem-solving skills, leveraging an understanding of the complex gift card ecosystem to provide the best outcome for our guests.
This role will sit in the Atlanta Support Center 3 days a week and remote 2 days a week (flexible).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides gift card guest support across all brands and distribution channels; for some brands, the specialist manages the entire process from intake to resolution while for other brands this position serves as an escalation point and is responsible for the investigation and resolution of complex issues.
Identifies trends and recurring issues related to gift card incidents that may indicate systemic issues and escalates as needed to aid in resolution.
Serves as the primary point of contact for business-to-business clients; approves bulk purchasing applications, assists with high-volume orders, and generates reports for clients as requested.
Understands and navigates the entire gift card ecosystem, leveraging cross-functional partners and data resources to provide optimal solutions for guests.
Identifies areas for improvement, specifically related to efficiency, reporting and the recording of financial activities, collaborating with the Gift Card Team and Accounting to gain alignment around changes that positively impact our guest accommodation and resolution processes.
Assists with ad hoc gift card projects and tasks, including invoice processing and payment reconciliation (as capacity allows).
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
4-year degree OR 2-4 years of equivalent business experience required.
Customer service experience preferred.
Knowledge of the gift card or payments industry is preferred.
