CNC Mill Set-Up Operator

　　Company Description: D.P. Tool & Machine, Inc. is a technologically advanced family owned manufacturing company experienced with producing close tolerance CNC precision turned, machined, fabricated/welded components, electro-mechanical assemblies and fixtures servicing major corporations.

　　Job Summary:

　　This position is accountable for operating production machines to produce parts in accordance with established standards and guidelines.

　　Reports To: Mill Supervisor

　　Requirements:

　　-High School Diploma or GED-Minimum of one years' experience-Ability to sit, stand, twist, bend and walk for long periods and lifting up to 35 lbs.

　　Job Responsibilities:

　　-Load, unload and deburr parts-Fist article inspection and follow the Quality prescribed plan-Inspect finished parts and compare them with the requirements of the blueprint-Meet production goals in terms of quality, quantity and cycle time-Create and follow set-up documents for jobs-Source tooling from a list-Follow ISO standards and practice Lean 6S manufacturing principles-Use of proper PPE at all times

　　-Mechanical aptitude-Basic math skills-Blueprint reading-Ability to follow instructions-Good communication skills-1st and 2nd Shifts

　　Hours are:

　　-1st Shift-M-F 7a.m. to 3:30 p.m.-2nd Shift-M-Thurs. 4 p.m. to 2 a.m. with a paid lunch

　　Pay Rate: $20-$28/hr

　　$500 Hiring Bonus

　　Air conditioned shop
