　　We are currently looking for a German-speaking Recruitment Coordinator to support the end2end hiring process for one of our pharma clients. You will collaborate with your teammates and candidates who will hopefully become new joiners.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Play a crucial role within a recruiting team, working to support activities related to the recruitment process.

　　Communicate with Hiring Managers and candidates on a daily basis.

　　Coordinate candidates’ interviews with Hiring Managers.

　　Supporting the onboarding process by handling HR-related tasks.

　　Represent the RSR recruiting organization to stakeholders and candidates focusing on exceptional customer service and consistency of high-quality work.

　　Manage ad hoc administrative tasks through the recruiting and hiring cycle.

　　Going to the office together with your great team once a week :-) .

　　Who we are looking for:

　　Previous corporate exposure is preferred, especially in roles based on administrative tasks or customer service ones.

　　Fluency in English and German (B2 level minimum).

　　Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

　　Being proactive and willing to pursue your career in the recruitment or HR industry.

　　Excellent organizational skills.

　　Ability to keep all tasks and projects on track.
