　　German Speaking Customer Service Agent

　　In this role of a German Speaking Customer Service Agent, you will collaborate closely with our existing team in Germany, providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

　　Key Duties:

　　Handling Telephone calls and providing written support regarding card payment terminals and ATMs

　　Solving customer inquiries of a technical nature

　　Carrying out error analysis

　　Scheduling of service technicians and terminal exchange orders

　　Permanent review and optimisation of existing work processes

　　What we are looking for:

　　Excellent customer service experience (preferably Call centre experience)

　　Enjoy direct and indirect customer contact

　　Fluent/Advanced in German (verbal & written)

　　Knowledge of English desirable, preferably a second foreign language / multilingual is beneficial (e.g. Dutch, French, Italian, Turkish)
