  Location

  Sales Territory EMEA North and East (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Central and Eastern Europe, Nordics).

  Reporting Relationship Report to Head of AI EMEA North, East and West

  Description

  As a Generative AI Sales Leader, you will play a critical role in identifying, developing and closing new AI business opportunities with our most strategic customers. These companies are changing the world using Generative AI to solve complex problems.

  Responsibilities:

  Business development – Identify Gen AI business potential in territory and build GTM to generate new pipeline,

  Pipeline management - Ensure adequate use of reporting/forecasting tools throughout the pipeline sales cycle,

  Sales ownership: Lead the sales engagement from initial meeting to closing at the most innovative companies,

  Executive engagement – Gain access to and establishing relationships with key executives and decision makers.

  Technical solutioning – collaborate with AI tech specialists to build AI architectures supporting customers’ needs.

  Cross-team collaboration – Leverage OCI teams and partners to drive AI adoption and usage at customers.

  Deliver results – Exceed revenue (booking, consumption) and KPI goals for your territory.

  Required Skills/Experience

  What You’ll Bring

  5-year experience selling AI technology solutions in a startup or at a cloud provider,

  Solid knowledge of Generative AI and AI services at customers is required,

  Experience in engaging senior executives and building long-term relationship at customers,

  Track-record of building Go-To-Market plans and sales motions to win AI customer engagements at scale,

  Excellent written, presentation, and communication skills.

  Strong understanding of the Gen AI landscape including ISV, leading AI players, and consulting companies

  Responsibilities

  Primary job duty is to sell technology software products and related services in a defined territory. Identifies, qualifies and closes new opportunities. Manages accounts including the entire sales process from business development prospecting and specifications through contract negotiations, signing, and post-sales support. Leverages the Oracle sales model to maximize revenue growth and increase local market share. Builds and expands business partner revenue and self sufficiency.
