Honest Home Solutions is growing! We're hiring an Outbound Lead Generator/Appointment Setter to join our team.

　　Must be a go-getter & possess the ability to meet quotas while working in a fast-paced environment. Real Estate & Sales Experience preferred. We will provide training on the job.

　　This position is responsible for all activities related to outbound sales including speaking with potential sellers to find motivation pillars, scheduling appointments, and starting a smooth sales process on the phone.

　　The ideal candidate will have exceptional skills in telephone communication, customer service, multi-tasking, and a general understanding of the real estate market to convert prospects & leads to appointments at the highest level to meet weekly KPI's as set forth by the company. You will make calls, send texts, and perform a variety of other lead generation activities.

　　Brief Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Make a minimum of 100 connections a day via outbound calls, texts, and emails to generate leads and 10 appointments per week.Create, maintain, and update database of customers with complete contact information and contact disposition notes.Schedule and assign appointments through Salesforce with corresponding notes including property info, seller info, etc.Handle customer needs and requirements.Assist and support sales, marketing or other departments in handling customer requests and needs.Compensation will be determined based on experience.
