Job Summary : The candidate will join an established Surgery practice on the campus of our St. Joseph's Medical Center. This position will benefit from access to the established patient panel of a retiring colleague. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction in a collaborative environment to provide care to patients needing General Surgical care. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff.
Practice Information :
Employed position with St. Joseph's Medical Group
Join established General Surgery practice with three Surgeons
Dedicated M.A. will be provided with shared non-clinical staff
Schedule, full-time Monday through Friday, minimum of 36 patient accessible hours plus 4 hours of administrative time
Call coverage per hospital by-laws
Education and Certifications Required :
Board certified or board eligible
Texas licensed, preferred
Experience : 1-3 Years' experience preferred, but new grads also happily considered
Required Skills :
Flexible and willing to support organizational needs with regard to healthcare and market changes
Solid clinical expertise with a commitment to patient care outcomes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to serve as a team member and clinical leader in the workplace
