　　1、直签第三方供应商的代管理，例如饮用水、桶装水、小邮局、健身房等供应商管理；

　　2、办公环境管理，例如：物品摆放、标识、楼宇非固定配件等；

　　3、协助协调各部门之间工作，例如：保洁、保安、房产、餐饮等；

　　4、现场业务部门需求收集、跟踪解决及反馈；

　　5、负责涉及到综合类人员（前台、服务员、会务等）管理、培训及考核；

　　6、负责整个综合团队的招聘、团队建设、流程制定等工作；

　　7、各类行政文件的归档、整理、分类、编号、登记；

　　8、根据客户行政要求，落实其它工作；

　　9、针对综合领域，提出有建设性和创新性的解决方案，发现问题并解决问题；

　　1、年龄要求：23-35岁；

　　2、学历要求：大专及以上学历；

　　3、工作经验要求：3年以上互联网或科技公司相关的、10人以上行政管理工作经验；

　　4、技能要求：熟练操作office软件，擅长数据分析，了解行政工作的要求及工作职能，具备中型公司规模（500人以上规模）装修、搬迁、入住前期筹备、以及丰富的统筹公司活动、会务经验；

　　5、其他：形象气质佳；性格开朗，具备较好的主动意识、沟通能力、理解能力、执行力和服务意识；具备前瞻性和判断力，善于决策；能在高强度工作环境下工作，具备较好的心理承受能力及抗压力；对互联网公司员工行政服务观念有一定认知。
