High customer satisfaction for both Sales & Service!Responsibilities: Forecast goals and objectives for the department andstrive to meet them Establish recommended sales and profit objectivesEstablish personal income goals that are consistent with dealershipstandards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goalsStay abreast of incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc., and howthey benefit customers Attend managers meetings and training asrequested Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, monthand year to determine how to better utilize time and plan moreeffectively Know and understand the federal, state and local laws whichgovern retail auto sales Interact with all other Departments to realizecustomer satisfaction goals Recruit, hire, manage, and monitor theperformance of all vehicle sales employees Supervise the efforts ofsalespeople to enhance the image and customer satisfaction ratings ofthe dealership Monitor and analyze sales peoples performances Assistsalespeople closing deals Communicate with salespeople to ensure thatdealership policies and procedures are understood and followed Maintaina timely owner follow-up system Job Requirements: Must have a minimum of3 years of experience in Dealer Management, preferably General SalesManager experience. Passionate about customer retention and CSI.
