Description:
At each of our supported locations, Deskside Technicians are responsible for resolving customer PC and device issues, conducting, maintaining and managing leased PC asset inventory and PC leased lifecycle, deploying and configuring PCs and installations and providing PC operations support. Responsible to execute their responsibilities within established SLAs and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Microsoft technologies including Windows 10, MS Office Suite, email. PC hardware troubleshooting and maintenance. Experience with Incident Management tool to receive, update, escalate and close incident tickets. Experience with PC refresh, asset management, PC lifecycle management. Managing responsibilities and priorities to achieve SLAs. Good oral and written communications required.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Strong organization and communication skills.
Must be comfortable working in plant environment.
Must live within a certain mile radius from plant.
Experience Level:
1+ Years of experience performing IT support/troubleshooting.
