JOB REQUIREMENTS: Responsibilities: Primary purpose of this role is toassist with operating bindery equipment to process finished printedproducts. Tend one or more machines and performs any combination offollowing duties involving binding books, magazines, etc. Punch holes insheets using punch press Feed sheets into various machines forstitching, folding, and binding Remove, stack and pack printed materialin various stages of completion as they accumulate on the delivery tableof the machine Examine stitched or bound material to assure that pagesor signatures are bound in numerical order according to job ticketExamine for defects such as ink spots, torn or loose and uneven pagesInsert illustrated pages or extra sheets into catalogs or directories bymachine ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Manufacturingenvironment experience Pass math and ruler test Pass problem-solvingtest High School Diploma or equivalent Interpret and follow directionswith precision Computer skills for job detail input and machineoperation Excellent collaborative skills Mechanical aptitude Detailoriented Prior bindery experience preferred Frequently required to talkor hear.
