ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

　　Perform a variety of functions for the Distribution team including safe and efficient movement of product for receiving, stocking, replenishments, order filling, and shipping

　　Ability to safely drive turret, standup dock stocker, sit down lift, use a two-way radio, and complete SB&D approved equipment certification program

　　Must have thorough knowledge or quickly learn all functions of warehouse systems including put-away, stock transfers, shipping, replenishing, and loading

　　Demonstrated ability to operate in and around trailers and containers

　　Demonstrated focus on safety, quality, and achievement of specific/exact objectives Initiative and flexibility to get the job done

　　Ability to take direction and change priorities in a fast paced environment

　　Ability to perform any function at any time when need arises including non-lift related activities

　　Manual lifting and movement of boxes, totes, and other containers

　　Perform housekeeping activities associated with various day to day assignments

　　Comply with all work instructions as determined by ISO standards

　　Other duties as assigned

　　EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS

　　High School diploma or equivalent is acceptable

　　2+ years’ experience operating forklift

　　Basic computer skills, specifically with performing inventory transactions, required

　　Forklift certified or ability to successfully complete B&D approved forklift certification program

　　Basic problem solving and decision making skills

　　Solid math and counting skills with emphasis on consistency and accuracy

　　Strong work ethic with need for attention to detail and ability to focus on repeating processes

　　RDT( Radio Data Transmitter) experience preferred

　　Comply with all work instructions as determined by ISO standards
