　　Tufts Medical Center is looking for a General Pediatrician to join its Pediatric and Adolescent Asian Clinic to see ambulatory patients. This position will teach TUSM students and be part of a larger academic milieu in collaboration with Tufts University School of Medicine and Boston Children’s Hospital as the inpatient hospital.

　　Tufts Medicine with Boston Children’s is reimagining pediatric care to meet new and emerging community needs. In coming together, we will push the boundaries, expand and improve access and equity through the creation of a shared and sustainable model of comprehensive pediatric care throughout the communities in Eastern Massachusetts. The core of this collaboration are our physicians that are part of the Boston Children’s Network Specialty (BCNSP) Foundation and we will maintain our mutual commitment to research and education and training of the next generation of clinicians. This General Pediatrics role in the Pediatric and Adolescent Asian Clinic will be primarily located at Tufts Medical Center.

　　How you’ll transform patient care:

　　The candidate should be comfortable managing the care of medically complex patients and providing care for all general pediatric needs in the Pediatric and Adolescent Asian Clinic

　　All division faculty members are involved in the teaching of residents and medical students

　　Who You Are:

　　Board Certified in Pediatrics

　　Passionate for teaching and eligible for academic appointment at Tufts University School of Medicine

　　Interested in delivery care in both academic and community-based environments

　　Knowledgeable in healthcare quality, resource management, outcomes improvement, patient safety, and positive patient experience

　　Committed to network development, growth, operational efficiency and integration
