About General Office Clerk

Description We are in the process of recruiting a General Office Clerk for our manufacturing operations based in Coconut Creek, Florida. As a General Office Clerk, your main responsibility will be to carry out administrative tasks including relabeling and reboxing items. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately relabel and rebox items as per the new instructions.

• Conduct repetitive tasks efficiently while maintaining the quality of work.

• Perform administrative duties in our small air-conditioned front office.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word for data entry and record maintenance.

• Organize files and documents to ensure easy access and retrieval.

• Provide excellent customer service by resolving customer inquiries.

• Schedule appointments as per the organizational needs.

• Handle shipping functions ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.

• Scan documents as required and maintain digital copies for future reference. Requirements • Proven experience in Administrative Assistance, demonstrating efficiency in handling administrative tasks, and supporting office operations.

• Strong Customer Service skills, with a demonstrated ability to handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and effectively.

• Proficiency in Data Entry, ensuring accuracy and speed in entering information into the company's database.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word, with the ability to utilize these tools for efficient work management.

• Exceptional skills in Organizing Files, ensuring that all documents are kept in the right location for easy retrieval.

• Experience in Scanning, with the ability to use scanning devices to digitize physical documents accurately.

• Ability to Schedule Appointments, effectively managing and coordinating schedules to ensure smooth operations.

• Experience with Shipping Functions, understanding how to coordinate and manage the shipping process in a manufacturing environment.
