The candidate will work in a hybrid-remotecapacity but must live within commutable distance to our main office inSpringfield, MA. In-office work and in-person meetings are occasionallyexpected. Responsibilities include: Conduct audits in accordance withprogram policy to ensure compliance with state, federal, and programrequirements Maintain database and systems to track performance andfindings, and report to management Ability to manipulate findings from adatabase to graphical aides Educate and advise staff on policies,procedures, regulations, community concerns and issues Assist ProgramManager to develop and implement training materials Educate and adviselandlords, tenants, community groups, etc. on policies, procedures, andregulations Respond to requests for information from auditors, otheragency departments, or funding sources Establish and maintain strong,collaborative relationships with internal staff and departments, owners,landlords, community groups, funding sources, and other departments oragencies to achieve goals Demonstrate the ability to assess prioritiesand operate in a flexible manner Demonstrates excellent analytical,organizational, and time management skills Utilizes independent judgmentStrong interpersonal skills required to interact with all organizationallevels; demonstrated ability to work appropriately with confidentialinformation Ability to work in a team and meet performance deadlines ina dynamic environment Assist in the research and resolution of softwareissues, including updates Requirements include: 2 years\' equivalentexperience in compliance-based data work, or in a related role, with 1year as a field specialist; a combination of experience plus anAssociate degree may be a substitute Proficiency in Excel, and the fullMS Office suite Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, andcomfort learning new technologies; tech-savvy Ability to assesspriorities, organize, and operate in a flexible manner while retaining ahigh level of attention-to-detail Demonstrated ability to workindependently Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to servediverse populations and work appropriately with confidentialinformation; ability to effectively mentor and/or train colleaguesBilingual (Spanish/English) verbal and written skills preferred but notrequired CORI and background check, as per grant requirements Benefitsinclude: Generous paid time-off \| 12+ holidays annually \| Health,dental, and vision insurance options \| Educational assistance \|Medical Reimbursement Account \| Dependent Care Account \| 403(b)retirement plan with employer match \| Life insurance \| Short-term andlong-term disability insurance \| Transportation benefits \| EmployeeAssistance Program \| Annual staff picnic!
