Description

　　Robert Half is partnering with a family-owned CPA firm. This client is looking for someone to assist with Tax Season admin duties.

　　The right candidate will be able to:

　　-answer phones

　　-confidently scan and bookmark documents

　　-prepare mail and package items

　　-generate documents for e-signature

　　-no accounting support required

　　Location: Norwood, MA

　　Hours: 30-40 hours a week, - M-F

　　Duration: Contract for tax season: 1/29 start date - until mid-April

　　Pay: $19-21 / hr - based on experience

　　Requirements - Knowledge of Word and Excel

　　Great written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

　　Trained to handle office equipment

　　At least 1 year of Office Clerk experience preferred

　　Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

　　Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills

　　A high school diploma or its equivalent is required for this position

　　Expertise in Receptionist Duties

　　Filing experience desired

　　Strong familiarity with Daily Mail

　　Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures
